Join the National City Public Library and the United Lowrider Coalition on Saturday, May 18th from 1:00-5:00pm as we celebrate the 1 year anniversary of the passing of the Lowrider Ban Repeal! We will have children’s crafts, library exhibits on the history of lowriding, vendors, food, storytimes, music, and of course, lowrider cars! Don’t miss out on this exciting and unique event!
